You must submit clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP and, when requested, additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or a recent photograph (selfie) for facial verification. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must immediately notify kno89 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 unless otherwise specified. In no event shall kno89's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
